| Super Bowl Entertainment | EZezine |
I am not a football fan, but the Super Bowl and all the hype before
it started was on in my house.I heard Cirque du Soleil was doing a pre-game show, so I had to
watch it. It was very busy with many things going on at the same
time. What attracted my attention was the person holding on to
the huge helium balloons, floating up and being loosely tethered
down by spotters.
I love the image of my head being a helium balloon floating up.
My spine, arms and legs are free to dangle, gently being pulled
straight by gravity. That is effortless good posture. All it takes
to remember is a simple picture in your mind. Of course, a picture
is worth a thousand words. It is so much easier than remembering
my Grandmother saying stand up straight with your head up, shoulders
back, chest out and rear end tucked in a bit! Somehow that produces
an image of a soldier on guard.
I will take the balloon ride. Now I have a new image of the loose
tethers to keep me grounded but still very light. Play with any
image you see that looks appealing. Ask your body how that would
feel. If you do this when you have a little time, you can quickly
recall the same feeling for a 5 second micro-break. You can combine
the feeling with other things you are doing also. For example,
combine the helium balloon head with walking!
Incidentally, Ripley thought he was in trouble when the game started
and Bud was cheering on the player running with the kickoff ball
to a touchdown. I know, it sounded like yelling to me too. Funny,
I didn't hear the end of the game.
What else is up? Entertainment for me is being amused and learning
something at the same time. The courses with A Choice Experience
never fail to do both. They are working on a cool new website.
Check it out.

Until next time, remember that light feeling!
